X Trans, Inc. does not own Nextiva and is not affiliated with Nextiva but instead uses Nextiva’s text messaging services for dispatching services. As such, it is recommended that you review Nextiva’s terms of use and privacy policy agreements.

1.1. “Personal Data” herein shall mean information related to an identified or identifiable natural person;

  1. The Information We Collect

4.1. We may collect the following Personal Data: a user’s full name, email address, address, phone number and employment or business experience, including the types of trucks used.
